The X Factor judge was travelling to Miami with 13-month-old Eric when the man complained
Simon Cowell appears to be a well and truly changed man after hitting out at "grumpy" passenger following a flight to Miami with his young son Eric.
The 55-year-old music mogul was travelling to the American city from London with his 13-month-old tot, and the toddler's occasional crying and restlessness left one one fellow passenger so annoyed he asked to be moved away from the famous father and his tot.
Simon has taken to his Twitter page to complain about the man's attitude but had nothing but praise for the other travellers sympathetic to his parenting plight and the understanding and helpful cabin crew on The British Airways flight.
The X Factor judge - who is believed to have also been flying with his partner Lauren Silverman - tweeted: "Just arrived in Miami. The @British_Airways team were great. Eric travelled with us but one really really grumpy man complained. A Lot!
"He asked to be moved. Complained to the staff. And there was a lot of sighing and tutting. The other passengers were amazing. (sic)"
At Eric's age toddlers can be difficult to manage on planes or at home and earlier this week Ella Henderson revealed Simon had been finding it tough to "control" his son since he started walking.
The Ghost singer - who is signed to Simon's record label Syco - said: "Simon was telling me how he can't control him (Eric), apparently he's walking and they've got baby gates everywhere."
