The happy couple have welcomed their first child together
The former Strictly Come Dancing star and rugby player confirmed the happy news in a statement.
“Ben and Kristina are delighted to confirm they are the parents of a beautiful baby girl.
“They would like to thank friends and family for all their kind wishes at this happy time,” they told Hello! magazine.

Kristina famously announced her pregnancy on Celebrity Big Brother at the beginning of the year.
The professional dancer found out the happy news over the Christmas holidays and was three months gone at the time of the announcement.
Ben and Kristina met in 2013 when they were partnered together for Strictly Come Dancing and took their romance public in July of last year following Ben's split from wife Abby.
Last month the new mum looked ready to pop when she was filmed at her lavish baby shower held at Bulgari’s New Bond street boutique in London.

The 38-year-old previously admitted her pregnancy wasn't planned, but "cried with joy" when she found out she was expecting the 37-year-old star's baby.
"It was a surprise but obviously I am delighted. My mother was with me over Christmas and when we found out she put her arms around me and she cried with joy," she shared.
"It is her lifelong dream for me to have a child and it was lovely to see her so happy."
Kristina is now believed to be keen to wed the rugby star, with a source recently claiming to Closer magazine: "Kristina has already started planning a spring wedding and expects Ben to pop the question imminently."
